No. Semi-trucks and tractor-trailers are strictly prohibited on property.
No. The use of forklifts, cranes, or other heavy machinery is strictly prohibited on property.
Larger and more infrequently used items should go in the back of the unit. Remember to keep a walkway in the center of your unit to more easily access items. Always keep items labeled and a list of items stored, even a photo on the outside of each box will allow you to "see" what's inside.

To recover your gate code visit Tenant Connect! Once in Tenant Connect click on "Existing tenant" and follow the prompts to verify your account and identity. Once you have verified your identity click on "Access" followed by "Open Gate/Door". Click Here to access Tenant Connect.
First, make sure your bill and all charges are paid. If they are, visit Tenant Connect to find the lock code to remove the overlock. Once in Tenant Connect click on "Existing tenant" and follow the prompts to verify your account and identity. Once you have verified your identity click on "Access" followed by "Unlock Unit" Don't forget to return the lock or you will be charged! If you are still having problems contact our office. Yes.! We do accept vehicles for storage. Occupants that wish to store a vehicle, including watercraft, must provide a government issued ID, proof of ownership (title and current registration), and proof of insurance. All documents must be recorded with our staff, and matched to the vehicle, prior to the vehicle being stored. Vehicle tags, license plates, insurance and registration must be kept up-to-date at all times. No. All repairs and maintenance (of any kind, including winterizing) must be performed off-site. Vehicles stored in units must remove as much fuel as possible from the tank before storing.
Yes. We require insurance on all items stored on property. If you have a Homeowners policy or Renter's that will cover stored items, you are welcome to use that! If not, we offer an insurance plan through Bader Insurance. All vehicles must have a vehicle specific policy and be fully insured while stored on property. Insurance covering a vehicle while in tow, in use or seasonally only, will not be accepted. Read more about the insurance offered through Bader Insurance Here
