Answering your frequently asked questions about RV and boat storage

Your Questions, Answered

When can I move in?

If there is a space available that meets your specific needs, you can move in anytime during normal access hours.

What documents do I need to bring?

We require a government issued ID, proof of ownership (title and current registration), and proof of insurance. Vehicle tags, license plates, insurance and registration must be kept up-to-date at all times. Insurance must cover the stored items while it is unhooked from your vehicle and being stored on our property. Insurance plans are available for purchase.

Do I need insurance?

Yes. All vehicles must be fully insured while stored on property. Insurance covering a vehicle while in tow, in use or seasonally only, will not be accepted.

Can I have someone else drop off my boat or RV?

No. We require both the item being stored and its owner, as specified on the title, to be present when renting the storage space.

My boat or RV isn't running can I store it?

No. All vehicles and RVs must be in good, working, and roadworthy condition. No, duct tape, broken windows, rust, or flat tires.

RVs, motorhomes, and other drivable vehicles must be driven onto the property, they cannot be towed or delivered.

Boats and marine vehicles must be in good, working, and lake worthy condition.

Do I need to give notice when I move out?

Yes! We require a ten (10) days written notice that you are vacating. Please keep in mind that if you do not give a notice, we cannot tell if you are simply taking your boat or RV out to use, or actually moving out.

Do you have a dumpsite and water?

While we do not have a dumpsite or water available, we are located a 1/2 mile from Love Travel Stop which offers a dump station, water and full array of options for all your needs.

Can I perform maintenance & repairs while on property?

No. All repairs and maintenance (of any kind, including winterizing) must be performed off-site. Boats or RVs stored in units must remove as much fuel as possible from the tank before storing.

Can I leave my personal vehicle in my parking spot when I take my RV or Camper out?

Yes! The vehicle must be owned and registered to the tenant renting the space. Only one personal vehicle is allowed and can not be switched. You must register the vehicle with our office and provide the following title, registration and proof of insurance, as well as meet facility requirements for vehicles stored on property prior to being allowed on property.
